Levels Creative Services

Levels Creative Services is a Shopify-focused creative agency founded in August 2017 in Auckland, New Zealand. The agency was launched by Micah Puklowski, who completed her first Shopify website for www.papierhq.co.nz around the time of the formal opening. Puklowski became a Shopify Expert and Partner in 2017 and later completed the Shopify Accelerator Course.

The agency operates from a remote office in Raglan, New Zealand, with a team of under 49 employees. Projects typically start with a minimum budget of $1,000 to $10,000, and the average hourly rate is $100. The agency uses the tagline "From Conception to Completion" to describe its full-service approach.

Services include ecommerce development, logo design, branding, and web design, with a core focus on Shopify. Puklowski has built more than 50 Shopify websites and has over a decade of experience in ecommerce and website development. In 2019, the agency received the Shopify Unite Fund, and Puklowski's work was discussed by Shopify COO Harley Finkelstein in keynote remarks.

The agency co-founded the Shopify Women's Network, a community of more than 1500 members aimed at helping women grow online brands with Shopify. Puklowski brings over 15 years of experience in graphic design, writing, film production, marketing, social media, and customer service, and holds a Master of Arts with Distinction.

Portfolio work includes Shopify builds for Candy Rush, Fresh Soul Baby, No More by Organik Botanik, Splotch by Organik Botanik, and Amoura Boutique Fragrances, plus branding for Para Nos and custom logo design sets. Representative clients also include Banyan Home, Fi Milano, Papanui Cycles, United Sweets, Simply Italian, and Raglan Herbal Dispensary.

Levels Creative Services has received the Shopify Unite Fund Recipient award in 2019, the Arts Waikato Scholarship in 2010, and the Kodak Award for Excellence in Visual Exploration in 2003.
